- 7 or more days before the tour date: Full refund of the tour price.
- 4–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the tour price.
- 3 days or less before the tour date: No refund. The full tour price applies.
Where third-party bookings have been made on your behalf, including accommodation, attraction tickets, ferry tickets, train tickets, Puffing Billy or Penguin tickets or other services, additional cancellation fees imposed by those providers may apply.
